Anyway, last night I went to Amber's to work out and they had one of those elliptical machines there that somewhat resembles cross country skiing, but not quite. At any rate it was quite a workout! After about ten minutes I thought i was going to die, but i made it to 20. Also did a little treadmill, some weights, and some crunches. We plan on working out every week, which is good because then I can change up the routine each time as her workout room has different equipment from mine.
Tonight I'm doing pilates with Jess.
How is exercising coming for everyone else?
