Diet Time

So, I'm enjoying my last week here of being diet free. On January 5th I'm recommitting to Atkins to lose those last 20 lbs that I've been talking about losing forever. I know that the only way I'm going to lose them is if I completely recommit to Atkins and do it right, all the way. Or else I'll be stuck at this 165 junction waivering around for the rest of my life.

I'll also be trying to exercise more. I got DDR for Christmas, and I'm going to try and dance everyday in order to lose some weight. We're also going to try and play more sports during the spring, either v-ball or soccer, and probably pick up softball again later in the season or early summer. I'm considering joining a gym, if they will take the coupon I have.

Is anyone else starting a diet commitment at the new year? What about exercise? What are your plans?
